Shipping
Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Lille, France. We may also ship from our office in Paris, France in some cases. Each order is usually shipped within a business day, however it may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
Standard 3-5 business days.
Express 1-3 business days.
We will be with you all along the shipping process, sending you emails from the order confirmation to it's delivery.
HOMIES FROM PARIS cannot be held responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not liable if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact our chat support on the website and we will try our best to assist you with this matter and find solutions.
You have 14 days from the order reception date to reach out to us at orders@homiesfromparis.com if you're willing to exchange or return a specific product or order.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
Our factories are engineered to produce the best quality pieces at the fastest turnover pace possible. Although we work to provide quick delivery services, pre order dates of arrival are estimated and are subject to delays.
Please note that pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
International Orders
To ensure the greatest shipping experience possible, we offer express international shipping at the lowest rates negotiated with our transporters. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
Returns
Orders made can be returned within 14 days of the order being placed. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. For any returns, please contact us via the chat support on the website.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged within 14 days of the order being placed.
Vacation Hold
Still on vacation? We can hold your order up to 25 calendar days. While placing your order gives us a timed window to receive your delivery in the note section.
